Healing By God's Word

Romans 5:1-5
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

Hebrews 6:13-14
For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, 14 saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.

2 Corinthians 1:20
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

Confident Expectation of Hope

Bible Hope = God’s Words bringing to us a joyful confident expectation of good as His love is shed abroad in our hearts because God is faithful in His promises. The Hope that we have in Christ is not like the hope that the world is using. The world thinks hope is something that they want to happen but may not happen, our hope is made sure in God’s Words by His grace.

God swore by Himself saying: “Surely with blessings I will bless you and multiplying I will multiply you.” Can we expect anything less?

For Isaiah says, […]
